We are a husband and wife team.

We are a small computer support and web development / design business and enjoy the personal contact with our clients. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best, most knowledgeable PC support and web creation available and to provide a "common sense" approach to your needs. We are very happy to discuss your business and it's needs, to do our best to give you the most reliable advice.

In 1996, Harris began our computer support business full-time. Prior to that, he worked for a local business as their IT professional and did some computer / networking jobs on the side. We currently still service our very first client that Harris wrote a program for in 1989. Harris started designing simple web sites for our technical support clients in 1997 and has come along way since then! Harris specializes in providing our clients with exactly what they want. “There is always a way”. The focus of our business for the last 5 years has been designing and developing web sites for our regular business clients, making full use of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and ASP programming with great success. We are here to make your web site work for you. Harris, over the years has acquired many certificates covering various areas of networking, support and web programming.

Kathy joined Harris in December of 2000 after many years in banking. Originally, the idea was for Kathy to do the billing, make appointments and order parts as the business had grown to the point that Harris no longer could keep up with "the back room". Although Kathy does manages the back room, she now provides quite a bit of support with web design and web maintenance and has become the "Search Engine Optimization Guru".

We have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren, 4 very spoiled dogs and 2 cats. In our spare time, we enjoy reading, sailing and working on our log cabin in Lubec, Maine, where we hope to retire some day!
